Hello!!
I came across my blog and thought why not start blogging again! See how this goes, since after all I'm obsessed with writing and not to mention Fashion! I fell off the wagon and stopped blogging when I was at CSUN studying for my BA in Broadcast Journalism. Fast forward to now, I own my own business and love what I do! I might as well start to do this as a hobby since after all Im always taking pictures of what I'm wearing lol!
I came across this trend on TikTok that EVERYONE and I mean Everyone is doing so I just had to join in on the fun, but of course add my own style to it!
What do you think of this trend? I think it's fun! Gives you something to do with everything that is going on in our world.
I hope everyone is taking care of themselves, keeping healthy and doing the necessary precautions to keep yourself as well as others safe !!
Here's my take on the Pillow Challenge and Blanket Challenge!
If you also joined in on the fun, tag me! Would love to see !!
XOXO

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Hello loves!
So I wanted to share with you guys my constant struggle with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Each day I am slowly coping with the abdominal pain and learning which foods I can actually eat and not have a tummy ache.
For those of you that don't know what IBS is, well the www.mayoclinic.org defines it as:
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the large intestine (colon). Irritable bowel syndrome commonly causes cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhea and constipation. IBS is a chronic condition that you will need to manage long term.
As I myself am learning more about it, it's crazy to me that the symptoms can vary depending on what mood I'm in that day. For example, if I am feeling down or tired, my symptoms can increase, per say my pain will become more painful.
It's a hard thing to deal with, especially because your not bale to eat or drink foods that any person would normally be able to consume without causing some pain or bloating. It's easy to remember the foods that may cause the pain or bloating but if you're trying out new foods and won't remember what it was or how you felt after, it's convenient to write it down, which is why I try to keep a food diary, where I jot down what foods I ate that day, and next to the foods, I will write down my reactions & symptoms to it.
There is no exact diet or meal plan that all IBS patients can take because it varies for everyone. So just keeping track of your diet and your reactions is helpful. Also, seeing a nutritionist works wonders. My nutritionist was able to give me a meal plan customized for myself and told me which nutrients and vitamins to take so I won't miss out on some protein or vitamins that some types of food will normally provide for you.
Do any of you have IBS or IBD? I would love to hear how you cope with it.
I hope you're all enjoying this beautiful Wednesday.
XoXo

2014 I'm Back
Hello Dolls,
So I am officially back to my blog! *excited*
I stopped writing blogs because I was soo busy with school & work, but now that I am officially done with college and have much more time, I will definitely try to blog as much as I can.
I normally blog about fashion and reviews, but I will also blog about daily things, things that I'm personally going through, advice, fitness, health, dating, ideas, recipes, and pretty much anything that is on my mind at the time.
If you have any suggestions or ideas on things you would like me to blog about, please feel free to shoot them .y way. Also, if you would like advice on anything you are going through I am more than willing to help. I hope all of my followers enjoy my upcoming posts as well as my new followers that I am looking forward to having.
I hope you all have a blessed day !
Missed my followers since our youtube days.
Nothing but peace & love to all of you.

Exactly two years
So its been exactly two years since I last posted a post here on my blog! Its crazy how fast time flies. So much has changed since I last wrote on here. I am happy to say that I have accomplished a lot these two past years and I am on my last year of college, ready to graduate and enter the real world. I have also grown into a mature adult full of ambition and passion for life and for my career.
Looking back at posts I realize that I do miss blogging and posting pictures and sharing my life experience and memories. I think I will start doing it again so that you can all see what I have been up to :]
I hope your all enjoying and living life to the fullest.
